Jim Stabile

Jim Stabile is the General Manager of the Bay Harbor Village Hotel & Conference Center.  He joined Bay Harbor Company in 2007.  Jim comes to us with a family history of commercial development in the hospitality industry as well as knowledge from working with various resorts such as the Wild Dunes Resort off the coast of South Carolina.  While working for his family’s hotel company, Jim and his wife Lisa started their own restaurant development company at the age of 26. 

Over the next 10 years they would build and operate four of their own full service restaurant/bars as well as overseeing the construction and operation of seven other restaurants developed by various companies. 

Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa, daughter Emily, and three dogs, Hudson, Bentley, and Max.   He loves Northern Michigan’s outdoors and especially our various hunting seasons.  He truly has a passion for hospitality and service and can be seen out visiting with our guests and visitors throughout the Village.
